Your Responsibilities will include:

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic warehouse assistant to join our team in our Welland office. The successful applicant will be trained in all aspects of our products and CRM system. Our operation is purely wholesale business-to-business transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse management includes: Forklift, Bin maintenance, maintains a safe and clean environment.

Stock management, includes: receive, maintain, display and dispatch stock in a safe & recorded way, stock level monitoring and low level alert, inventory check regularly. Prepare/packing orders from clients.

Customer service, includes: order process, demand forecast, payment chase up, stc trading assistance

Freight management and internal liaison with departments: sales team, accounting team, procurement team…etc,

ERP/CRM System, company policy, working flow standards, safety standards development with core management team.

Work as a team & contribute to achieve our team targets and goals.

The Successful Applicant will have:

A good level of knowledge of MS Office

Hands-on commitment to getting the job done, reliable and flexible

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

High level of accuracy and eye for detail

Interest in learning about the Solar Industry
