Join Our Team – Warehouse Operator (Full-Time)

Riverina Oils is seeking a motivated and safety-focused Warehouse Operator to join our team at our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Wagga Wagga. In this role, you will support the safe and efficient operation of our warehouse, including the receival, storage, and dispatch of goods — with a strong focus on safety, quality, and compliance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Receiving, unloading, and dispatching goods and raw materials

• Operating forklifts, frontend loaders, weighbridges, and other warehouse equipment

• Handling seed receival, grain classification, and meal/oil loading

• Ensuring warehouse and site cleanliness is maintained to company standards

• Monitoring product levels and maintaining clean and organised storage areas

• Performing data entry into warehouse and logistics systems

• Supporting site access and traffic control, including liaison with delivery drivers

• Participating in a weekend work roster as required

• Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety, and Chain of Responsibility requirements

What We’re Looking For

Mandatory:

• Valid forklift licence and experience operating warehouse machinery (e.g., loaders)

• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and critical thinking

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Physical capacity to perform manual tasks (e.g., lifting, walking, standing)

• A commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement

• Willingness to work rostered weekends

Desirable but not essential:

• First Aid Certificate, Confined Space or Working at Heights ticket
