Pirtek Thomastown is seeking a skilled and experienced Hydraulic Fitter / Installation Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and lead the hydraulic installation team

Perform hydraulic installations, repairs, and system troubleshooting

Ensure efficient scheduling and coordination of jobs

Maintain appropriate stock levels and manage inventory

Provide expert technical support and maintain strong customer relationships

Uphold high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship

Requirements:

Proven experience in hydraulic systems and installations

Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Ability to work independently and manage a small team

A current driver’s licence is essential
