About the Role: TRS Resourcing seeks a trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter to join our client’s workshop team in Thomastown. You’ll be working on assembling and maintaining high-pressure hydraulic systems used across the transport equipment sector.
This is a day-shift, workshop-based position offering stable hours and long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble, service, and maintain high-pressure hydraulic equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic systems and components
• Interpret technical drawings and repair manuals
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and onsite protocols

Requirements

• Trade qualification as a Mechanical Fitter
• Demonstrated experience working with high-pressure hydraulics in mining, oil, or gas environments
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Own hand tools
• Valid Forklift Ticket / License
