About the Role
This is not your run-of-the-mill stores role. You’ll be the backbone of daily warehouse operations, ensuring that incoming stock is receipted, assembled, and staged accurately and efficiently. With touchpoints across receiving, warehousing, light assembly, and internal coordination, this position is ideal for someone who likes to keep things moving and enjoys being the go-to person behind the scenes.

You’ll work closely with the sales, service, and workshop teams to make sure everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be. If you like structure, problem-solving, and being part of a high-performing team, keep reading.

What You’ll Be Doing

Receipting and processing incoming goods and ensuring stock is assigned to the correct workflow

Light assembly of mobility equipment for receiving and demo preparation

Maintaining inventory accuracy through stock control and ongoing cycle checks

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless job staging and scheduling

Occasional outbound logistics and van runs between nearby sites

Operating a forklift (or willing to obtain a license)

General warehouse upkeep and cleanliness

What We’re Looking For

Someone technically capable and confident identifying parts

An energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail

Previous experience in a receiving or warehouse coordination role

Excellent communicator who enjoys collaborating with others

Forklift licence preferred (or willing to obtain)

Current driver’s licence required

Police check and Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
