About the Role
This is more than an assistant role — it’s an opportunity to become the face of our brand in Queensland. As our Warehouse, Showroom & Administration Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial part in warehouse operations, logistics, customer service, showroom presentation, and backend sales support.

Working closely with the Queensland Sales Manager and collaborating with our Victorian team, you’ll help drive our operations forward from our new Meadowbrook site.

Your Key Responsibilities
Handle, inspect, and prepare natural stone for client viewings and dispatch
Assist with container unloading, inventory management, and safe storage
Provide a welcoming and professional experience for showroom visitors
Maintain accurate product and customer records using Dolibarr
Process sales orders and support project logistics
Coordinate showroom appointments and assist with quoting and stock reservations
Collaborate with the VIC team on interstate transfers and shipment documentation

What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, administration or warehousing/logistics
Strong time management and organizational skills
Professional, clear communicator with a customer-first mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Dolibarr is a bonus
Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
A team player with a can-do mindset
Forklift license is preferred (training provided for gantry crane use)
