Banyo Clinic is seeking a full-time receptionist and medical admin star. Our support staff make sure the wheels keep turning in our busy clinic, and this position would suit a “people person” who is a reliable fast learner and takes pride in what they do. There is a lot to know in this role, so we are looking for the right person who doesn't shy away from a challenge.

Required skills:

Computer literacy and IT problem solving capacity

Experience with GP Practices / Residential Aged Care Facilities

High level of organisational and clerical acumen

Above-average communication skills

Desirable qualities:

Dedicated work ethic with a “can do” attitude

Experience with Best Practice or similar software

Experience with PowerBI or similar applications

Knowledge of Human Services processes such as Medicare Billing and Practice Incentive Payments

Ability to multi-task, prioritise and problem solve

Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team

Tasks will include but are not limited to:

Liaising with patients, staff, doctors and external providers

Front-of-house reception duties

Advanced administrative tasks

Upholding Privacy legislation and Practice Policies
