Accounts Officer (Part-Time – 3 Days/Week)

Weston Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid accounting experience who values flexibility and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Manage accounts payable and receivable

Monitor and maintain company cashflow, including bank reconciliations

Process fortnightly payroll accurately and on schedule

Maintain accurate financial records and assist with reporting

Support month-end and year-end finance processes

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders regarding accounts

Ensure financial practices comply with relevant regulations and internal policies

About You

Previous experience in an accounts, bookkeeping, or finance administration role

Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

Well-organised with excellent time management skills

Able to work independently and manage competing deadlines

Discreet and professional in handling confidential information

Experience with accounting software (knowledge of Sage Intacct is a bonus but not essential)
