Join a growing accounting firm based in one of Brisbane’s most vibrant inner city pockets — surrounded by cafes, restaurants, boutique shops and a local cinema.

The firm has 16 staff, modern systems (Xero Practice Manager), and a loyal portfolio of fast-growing business clients across a range of industries.

They’re now looking for a Senior Manager with experience working on larger client groups and a strong grounding in advisory. Several of their clients generate $50k–$100k+ per year in fees, so you’ll need to be confident managing complex work.

The firm is transparent when it comes to financials — and equity will be on offer in the future if that’s something you’re open to. They’ll be upfront about revenue, profit, and long-term plans.

You’ll step into a Senior Manager position overseeing a team of four and managing a $1.2m fee base. My client is looking for someone who thrives in a leadership role, enjoys working closely with clients, and wants to help shape the direction of the firm over time.
