About the Opportunity:

This growing Business & Tax Advisory team is seeking a leadership-focused accounting professional to mentor and support junior staff, review completed work, and build strong, lasting relationships with clients. The role is heavily client-facing, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while growing your commercial insight.

Depending on your experience, you may join at the Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager level, with scope and salary reflective of your title.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 4+ years’ experience in public practice accounting
✔️ 1+ year of leadership or mentoring experience (title not essential)
✔️ CA/CPA qualified or close to completion
✔️ Based in North QLD with ability to work from the Townsville office
✔️ Strong communicator with a positive, team-focused leadership style
