This growing Business & Tax Advisory team is seeking a leadership-focused accounting professional to manage a portfolio of clients while mentoring and supporting junior staff. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high service standards, reviewing completed work, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 4+ years’ experience in public practice accounting
✔️ 1+ year of leadership or mentoring experience (title not essential)
✔️ CA/CPA qualified or near completion
✔️ Based on the Gold Coast or open to relocating
✔️ Strong communicator with a positive, team-focused leadership style

About the Role:

You’ll work alongside the Partner in one of our Tax and Advisory teams, delivering the full suite of compliance and advisory work for a broad, interesting mix of clients.
Your role will involve:

Manage your own portfolio of clients with a focus on high-quality service

Mentor, train, and support junior team members

Collaborate with Partners and leadership to drive team success

Provide expert tax and business advisory services
