Leading government client is looking for a Fleet Administrative Assistant. Initial 3 Months contract plus potential to extend.
As a Fleet Administrator you will be responsible for the below mentioned:
- Ensure internal and external customer expectations are met through prompt handling of enquiries.
- Undertake meeting minute taking, workshop job sheet data entry into Ausfleet data base.
- Fill in during periods of absence for the position of Workshop Planner/Administrator.
- Carry out other office duties such as filing, printing, photocopying as required.
- Carry out the requirements of vehicle accidents including arranging smash repairs and all necessary vehicle insurance obligations.
- Processing of invoices as required to meet procurement needs. Undertake a variety of work within the multi-skilled team environment
To be successful for the role, you will have experience with the below mentioned:
- Previous customer skills experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft Suite
- Experience working in a Fleet Administration environment
- Class C drivers licence
