Following our recent success in securing the Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) tender as a specialist refugee provider, Settlement Services International (SSI) has exciting opportunities to join our team delivering culturally responsive, trauma-informed employment services across 18 Employment Service Areas in NSW, Victoria, and Queensland, through a hub-and-spoke model that supports refugee communities in their journey towards meaningful employment.

About the Role

As an Area Manager with Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA), you’ll play a pivotal role in transforming employment outcomes for people with disability and refugee backgrounds. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll lead and inspire frontline teams across hub, spoke, and outreach sites, ensuring participant-centred services that align with our values and the IEA DEED requirements.

This role is more than operational oversight, it's about strategic leadership, community impact, and empowering teams to deliver meaningful, lasting outcomes. You'll champion our service delivery model, drive continuous improvement through strong financial and KPI management, and foster a culture of collaboration and excellence.
