Area Manager (Hybrid Role – Hairdresser + Multi-Salon Leader)

We’re looking for a confident, capable leader to take on a hybrid Area Manager role across multiple high-performing Elevate Salon locations.

If you’re a senior hairdresser or salon manager ready to lead teams, grow people, and drive performance—while still earning on the floor—this role is your next big step.

What You’ll Be Doing:

On the Floor (~60%)

Deliver outstanding service to your own loyal clientele

Be a mentor and example to junior stylists

Drive salon performance from the front line

Leadership & Management (~40%)

Lead recruitment, onboarding & team retention

Manage KPIs, rosters, stock, and service standards

Coach, train and develop staff across multiple sites

Work closely with the salon owner to execute growth strategy
