At Ozaccom+, we specialise in accommodation and travel solutions for conferences and major events. From registration to room bookings and flights, we make attending events easy. As we grow, we're looking for enthusiastic and detail-driven Delegate Services Coordinators to support delegates and organisers – all from the comfort of home.

This role has a strong focus on coordinating group registrations, accommodation blocks, and travel services for large events. You'll work closely with both individual attendees and event organisers to ensure everything runs smoothly – from the first delegate email to the last check-out.

What You’ll Do:

As an Delegate Services Coordinator, you’ll work across reservations, event registrations, and travel services to ensure every delegate has a seamless experience. Your day-to-day may include:

Assisting delegates with accommodation and travel bookings

Helping attendees register for events and troubleshooting access issues

Coordinating with hotels to manage group room blocks and availability

Managing and tracking group registration lists and booking data

Supporting the setup, testing and maintenance of online event portals (training provided)

Handling email and phone enquiries with professionalism and care

Promoting event accommodation through targeted communications and campaigns

Maintaining accurate records and providing reporting where needed

Opportunities to support onsite at conferences and events, if you're interested

Optional travel may be offered – some team members choose to attend events in person to assist with onsite support

A Typical Day:

A typical day might involve helping a delegate who needs to extend their hotel stay, setting up a registration portal for a new event, jumping on a quick team call to problem-solve, and sending out a campaign reminding delegates to book early.

Who This Role Is Perfect For:

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has a keen eye for detail and prides themselves on accuracy

Manages their time independently and thrives on ticking off tasks

Can juggle multiple moving parts and keep things on track

Enjoys working to timelines and meeting client deadlines

Has experience (or an interest) in basic project coordination

Feels confident working remotely without constant supervision

Finds satisfaction in seeing a well-executed event come together

About You:

We’re hiring multiple people across different strengths and backgrounds. Whether your experience is in hospitality, events, travel, or admin, there’s room to grow.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

Have experience in events, reservations, hospitality, or admin

Hotel or travel industry experience is a strong advantage – especially in front office, group bookings, or reservations

Experience using EventsAir is a bonus – but don’t worry if you haven’t used it before, full training is provided

Communicate clearly and confidently – both written and spoken

Are comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems

Can manage competing priorities and keep calm under pressure

Are friendly, organised, and solutions-focused

Have a quiet home workspace and reliable internet connection

What You’ll Get:

100% remote – work from anywhere in Australia

Full support to get your home workspace set up and ready to go

Flexible workdays where possible – we understand life isn't always 9–5

A close-knit, collaborative team that stays connected via Microsoft Teams

Structured onboarding and full training (including platforms like EventsAir)

Diverse, interesting work with a growing events calendar

Opportunities to support onsite at conferences and events

Travel to attend events (when necessary)

A proudly Australian company that supports your work-life balance

What We Value:

At Ozaccom+, we believe great service starts with great people. We value:

Kindness and respect – with each other, and with our clients

Accountability – we do what we say we’ll do

Curiosity – we’re always learning and open to new ideas

Teamwork – no one flies solo here

Pride in our work – from the smallest task to the biggest event

We’re here to make events easier for everyone – and we want you to feel supported, challenged, and appreciated as part of that mission.
