1. Invisalign/Ortho Coordinator & Dental Assistant (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Role:
This is a unique dual role perfect for someone who enjoys both the clinical and administrative sides of dentistry. You'll play a pivotal part in supporting our clinicians during Invisalign and other orthodontic treatments while ensuring a smooth patient journey from consultation to follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Invisalign/ortho procedures and records

Manage patient consultations, education, and treatment coordination

Ensure accurate and thorough documentation

Sterilisation and chairside assistance

Follow-up and progress tracking with patients

You will bring:

Previous dental assisting experience (orthodontic experience highly desirable)

Confidence in patient communication and treatment presentation

Excellent organisation and attention to detail

A proactive and team-oriented attitude

2. Front Office Coordinator (Full-Time or Part-Time)

About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be the face and voice of Oasis Dental Pottsville. We're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys helping people.

Key Responsibilities:

Greeting and checking in patients with warmth and professionalism

Managing appointments and coordinating schedules

Processing payments and health fund claims (HiCaps)

Supporting the clinical team with daily operations

Handling patient enquiries and ensuring a smooth experience

You will bring:

Prior experience in a dental or healthcare front office role (preferred)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

A passion for people and creating a welcoming environment
