We’re on the hunt for a Sales Manager who’s not just looking for another sales job – but a chance to step up, own their pipeline, and help shape the next stage of our growth story.

About the Role

This isn’t your average sales job. As our Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Total Roofing and Cladding – meeting clients, visiting sites, preparing quotes, and making sure every project is handed over smoothly to operations.

You won’t be stuck behind a desk or cold calling. Instead, you’ll work with high-quality inbound leads, building genuine relationships with builders, architects, and property owners.

This role is perfect for someone who loves closing deals, thrives on seeing projects come to life, and wants to grow with a company that’s scaling fast.

Key Responsibilities

Be the face of the company – meeting clients, visiting sites, and building strong relationships

Prepare and present professional quotes and proposals that win jobs

Manage your entire sales pipeline from lead to handover (using CRM tools)

Collaborate closely with estimating and operations to ensure smooth delivery

Work alongside marketing to attract the right projects and clients

Hit targets, close deals, and contribute to the growth of the business

What You’ll Bring

2–3+ years in roofing, cladding, or the wider construction industry

Proven sales ability – quoting, negotiating & closing with confidence

A growth mindset – hungry to learn, improve, and step into bigger responsibility

Strong relationship-building skills with builders, architects, and property owners

Familiarity with CRM/sales process management

A valid driver’s licence (vehicle allowance or company vehicle negotiable)

A hunger to learn and grow alongside a business that’s scaling up

Proactive and solutions-focused – you see opportunities, not obstacles
