ROLE OVERVIEW
This is a strategic, client-facing sales role for someone who understands the expectations of high-end construction and can deliver tailored product solutions to premium customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of high-end residential builders, developers, and architectural clients
• Developing account strategies to increase repeat business and product specification
• Providing technical product support and design input for project delivery
• Identifying and converting opportunities in the premium residential and architectural markets
• Representing the company with a commercial mindset and strong customer focus
• Collaborating with internal estimating, design, and operations teams
• Keeping up with market trends, upcoming projects, and competitor activity

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re seeking a polished, proactive account manager or sales professional with experience in high-quality building materials.

You’ll bring:

• A proven track record in account management or technical sales, ideally within construction products such as cladding, roofing, joinery, flooring, fixtures, or architectural finishes
• Experience working with builders, developers, architects, or construction professionals
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to translate product benefits to design-led clients
• Exceptional relationship management and a consultative sales approach
• An interest in architecture, building trends, and design innovation
• Solid CRM knowledge (e.g. Salesforce) and excellent organisational skills
