About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Specialist to join our national team in a focused part-time role. Working 3 days per week, your sole responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth specifically in our HYPOXI department across all Fernwood clubs around Australia.

This is a national role with a direct focus on supporting the performance of 45 current HYPOXI studios and playing an integral part in growing HYPOXI through new studio launches via a pre-sale model.

What is HYPOXI?
HYPOXI is a results-driven, secondary spend service within the Fernwood Fitness model, combining low-impact exercise with advanced technology to target fat loss and body shaping.

This is a high-impact, sales-focused role ideal for someone who understands how to manage the full sales funnel—from lead generation and follow-up to consultation and close. You’ll also deliver HYPOXI sales training both virtually and face-to-face, embedding best practices across the network.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve HYPOXI sales and revenue targets across all Fernwood clubs nationally

Drive a consistent 25% lead-to-sale conversion rate

Deliver impactful HYPOXI sales training (online and in-person) to club teams

Lead the sales strategy and support pre-sale activity for new HYPOXI studio launches

Build and champion a strong HYPOXI sales culture within the Fernwood network

About You

A proven high performer in fitness, wellness or membership sales

Strong knowledge of the sales funnel, lead nurturing and conversion strategy

Confident delivering training, coaching, and support both in-person and virtually

Highly self-motivated, results-driven and confident working across multiple teams

Passionate about women’s health and wellness
