Join a respected Owners Corporation business managing a diverse and high-end portfolio across Melbourne — from large residential estates to boutique complexes, aged care centres, and commercial buildings.

They’re now on the lookout for a driven Business Development Manager with solid experience in the OC or real estate sector. This role is all about hunting new business contracts, building relationships, and thinking outside the box to drive growth.

What you’ll be doing:

Proactively identifying new business and market opportunities

Developing strategies to grow existing and new client bases

Preparing and following up on proposals, quotes and contracts

Converting warm and cold leads into ongoing partnerships

Collaborating with Directors on ideas and lead generation

Attending industry expos, networking events and other key opportunities

What you’ll need:

Proven BD experience in the Owners Corporation or Real Estate industry (must-have)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Confidence working autonomously and thinking on your feet

Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

$100,000 – $120,000 + Super + Commissions
