About the Client:

Our client is a well-established and award-winning boutique law firm, recognised by Doyle’s Guide and Australian Lawyers Weekly for its consistent delivery of legal excellence. Established in the early 2000s by a seasoned practitioner with over 25 years of legal experience, the firm has built a strong reputation across several areas of law.

With over 25 staff including experienced Solicitors, Paralegals, and Support Staff, the firm offers a collaborative, professional and client-focused culture. Known for its approachable leadership and commitment to quality, the team continues to grow and invest in its people.

About the position:

Our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to join their thriving Property Law practice. You will manage a busy and varied portfolio of residential conveyancing files, including standard sales and purchases, off-the-plan contracts, transfers, and first home buyer transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a career-driven Conveyancer who thrives in a fast-paced but well-supported environment. You’ll work alongside a respected legal team and be supported by the latest conveyancing technology and systems to ensure smooth file progression from start to finish.

There are no management responsibilities—this is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end file control and working directly with clients, agents and lenders.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in conveyancing
• Strong understanding of residential conveyancing processes and PEXA
• Confident managing files from initial instructions through to settlement
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
• Familiarity with LEAP or similar legal software preferred
