Marketing Assistant Flexible Part-Time – 24 hours/week (Hybrid)

Are you currently studying a Master’s in Marketing or just graduated and looking to apply your skills in a real-world environment? We’re looking for a driven and creative Marketing Assistant to join our small team for 24 hours per week, based in regional Victoria. (Nagambie)

BioAg is a supplier of natural phosphate fertilisers into the Australian market as well as a manufacturer of a range of 2nd generation biostimulants. Established in 1999, BioAg is committed to the practical long term benefits of heathier soils through the use of microbial beneficial non synthetic fertilisers.

About the Role

You’ll be working directly with the General Manager on a wide range of marketing initiatives including:

•Social media content creation and scheduling

•Website updates and basic SEO

•Campaign execution and reporting

•Graphic design and email marketing (using Canva/Mailchimp or similar)

•Product Labels and design

•Market research and competitor analysis

•Events, field days and sponsorship support

•This is a hands-on role where you’ll get exposure to strategy and execution, with plenty of room to learn and grow. We’ll work with your university schedule to ensure your study remains a priority.

What We’re Looking For

•A marketing or communications graduate, or a related field

•Strong written and verbal communication skills

•Confidence using digital tools (social media platforms, Canva, etc.)

•A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn

•You must have an interest in farming or a farming background

•Located in the Goulburn Valley or North East regional Victorian
