To support our growth, we’re now on the hunt for a highly organised, creative, and proactive Business Support & Marketing Assistant to join our fast-paced team in the fitness industry!

The Role

This is a dynamic, hands-on role supporting both business operations and marketing execution. You’ll work closely with our leadership team to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes while helping bring campaigns to life across digital and traditional channels.

What does the role involve?

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support

Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing marketing campaigns

Manage CRM updates, reporting, and client communications

Support content creation for social media, email, and print

Coordinate meetings, events, and internal workflows

Liaise with suppliers, freelancers, and external partners

Who are we looking for?

This role can be part-time or full-time, so we’re open to applicants with a range of experience — what matters most is your ability to stay organised, communicate clearly, and support a fast-moving team.

We're looking for someone with:

Experience in an administrative, marketing, or business support role

Familiarity with content creation and social media scheduling tools (e.g. Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar)

Hands-on knowledge of CRM systems, marketing platforms, and basic reporting tools (e.g. HubSpot, Mailchimp, Excel)

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities.

Great written and verbal communication skills

A collaborative, can-do attitude and ability to adapt quickly

This role would suit someone who is:

Studying or has a qualification in marketing, communications or business (or related field)
