Team Leader – Operations - Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities

About the Role
As a Team Leader, you’ll be hands-on in the day-to-day running of our front of house operations. You’ll lead by example, guide and support staff, and ensure exceptional service is delivered to our members and guests. This visible leadership role also supports function setup and other events across the Club.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading, training and supervising a team of front of house staff.

Managing shift logistics, including breaks, end times, and staffing levels.

Delivering high-quality food and beverage service in line with our Club standards.

Opening and closing the Bistro, Cafe and Bar ensuring cleanliness and compliance.

Supporting the setup and service of Club events and functions as required.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Strong ability to lead by example and work both independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.

Current NSW RSA and Safe Food Handling certificates.
