About The Role
Reporting to the Support Analyst Lead, the Support Analyst is responsible for troubleshooting user issues with software applications, providing technical support, documenting support processes, training users on application functionalities and collaborating with business analysis, development and quality assurance teams to resolve bugs and implement enhancements.
Key accountabilities for the role are:
First line support for the Alsco Uniforms Group businesses with key applications
Incident management involving prioritisation, escalation and tracking of support tickets
User training and documentation of software applications
Building strong business relationships and providing exceptional customer service to all APAC application users
Acting as a bridge between users and technical aspects of applications
Key Skills and Experience Desired:
Proven successful experience supporting ERP/CRM Software
Ability to create and deliver technical training to non-technical operators
Robust oral and written English ability
Current or completed relevant undergraduate/postgraduate education
Advanced MS Office skills, particularly MS Excel
