JD Edwards (JDE) Functional Support Analyst – FMCG (On-Site, Permanent)

We’re partnering with a highly regarded FMCG organisation seeking a permanent JDE EnterpriseOne professional to take ownership of system support across Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics modules.

You’ll play a key role supporting users across the supply chain — from warehouse to finance — while ensuring the ERP platform runs smoothly and evolves with the needs of the business.

Important: This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney’s North.
Experience with JD Edwards versions 9 and 9.2 is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Support JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9 / 9.2 across Sales, Financials (GL/AP/AR), Procurement, and Logistics modules

Deliver timely troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support in a high-volume FMCG environment

Work closely with key business users across Finance, Sales and Warehouse teams

Perform light config, patching, testing, and documentation

Manage support tickets

Liaise with vendors and support system integrations (EDI, WMS, etc.)

What You’ll Bring

3+ years of hands-on experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, including versions 9 and 9.2

Strong background in FMCG, manufacturing, or high-volume supply chain environments

Functional knowledge across Sales Orders, Purchasing, Inventory, and Financials

Confident working independently and directly with business users

Familiarity with batch processing, UBEs, and basic SQL troubleshooting
