We are now seeking a Retail 2IC / Assistant Store Manager based in our Pimpama (Gold Coast) Store. Candidates looking for a role closer to Brisbane will also be considered.

What you'll be doing

Assist in managing a team of retail sales associates to deliver outstanding customer experiences

Oversee inventory management, including ordering, stocking and visual merchandising

Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and relevant legislation

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that motivates and develops the team

What we're looking for

Experience as a 2IC/Team Lead, or clearly ready to step up to this level in a retail role.

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to drive a sales-focused culture

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask

About You:

It can be a hands-on technical role, so any experience in Batteries, Solar or Auto-Electrical would be an advantage, but full training will be provided.

You will need to be physically fit and able to lift and fit Car or Caravan batteries if required. A current Drivers License is also required.
