About the Role

We are seeking a driven and capable Senior Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator who’s ready to take the next step in their dental career.

In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee day-to-day reception operations, support both admin and clinical teams, and work closely with leadership to continuously improve practice performance.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a 2IC role, with a clearly defined pathway to Assistant Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily front desk operations

Support and empower admin and clinical team members

Oversee bookings, billing, reporting, and KPIs

Train, mentor, and uplift team performance

Drive process improvements and uphold patient service standards

Collaborate with leadership on operational strategies

Skills & Experience

Minimum 12 months of experience in dental reception (senior or team-lead level preferred)

Confidently managing workflows in a busy practice

Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking skills

A proactive team player with leadership potential

Passion for people, growth, and continuous improvement
