Order Dispatch & Customer Support

📍 Laverton North, VIC | 🕘 9 AM – 6 PM | Monday - Saturday

We’re looking for someone organised, reliable, and customer-focused to join our small team. The role is a mix of dispatching orders and helping customers with enquiries.

What you’ll do:

• Pick, pack, and send out orders

• Book couriers and track deliveries

• Answer calls, emails, and live chats

• Keep the workspace tidy and organised

• Help customers in-store when needed

What we’re after:

• Good organisation and attention to detail

• Friendly, clear communication skills

• Basic computer skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with light lifting (up to 20kg)
