Parts Storeperson

We're currently seeking an organised and motivated Parts Storeperson to join our busy Parts Department. Working as part of a high-performing team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right automotive parts and accessories are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently - supporting both our service technicians and valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Receive, check, and put away incoming parts and accessories

Ensure accuracy in stock quantities, condition, and location

Pick and dispatch parts in line with workshop and customer requirements

Assist with regular warehouse maintenance and layout optimisation

Customer Service & Relationships

Assist with customer and technician enquiries in a timely and professional manner

Document and resolve returns or complaints, escalating where required

Build and maintain positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

Inventory & Stock Management

Support the annual stocktake and help maintain accurate stock records

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in stock handling and storage

Teamwork & Workplace Culture

Lead by example in upholding a clean, safe, and respectful working environment

Promote a positive team culture aligned with our dealership values

What You'll Need

Previous experience in a similar automotive parts or warehouse role (preferred) but not necessary as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Good communication and customer service skills

Forklift license required or must be will to obtain
