What You’ll Be Doing:

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to offer negotiation and closing
• Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and niche talent
• Partnering with stakeholders and internal teams to build strong talent pipelines
• Providing market insights and data-driven hiring recommendations
• Coaching and advising hiring managers on best practices and process improvements
• Creating a first-class candidate experience that reflects the organisation’s values and culture

What You’ll Bring:

• A proactive approach, solution-focused mindset and a deep understanding of experienced hiring
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment within tech, financial services, or professional services
• Strong knowledge of technology and/or risk & control domains is a big plus
• Ability to influence and consult with stakeholders at all levels
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
• Experience using recruitment tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel for reporting
• A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for delivering excellent talent outcomes
