MAYDAY Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a leading, high-performance business in the financial services and tech trading space to find an outstanding Recruitment Partner for a 12-month contract role.

With a focus across both technology and risk & control, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver hiring strategies that meet the needs of today and anticipate the demands of tomorrow.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing through to offer negotiation and closing
- Developing innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and niche talent
- Partnering with stakeholders and internal teams to build strong talent pipelines
- Providing market insights and data-driven hiring recommendations
- Coaching and advising hiring managers on best practices and process improvements
- Creating a first-class candidate experience that reflects the organisation’s values and culture
What You’ll Bring:
- A proactive approach, solution-focused mindset and a deep understanding of experienced hiring
- Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment within tech, financial services, or professional services
- Strong knowledge of technology and/or risk & control domains is a big plus
- Ability to influence and consult with stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- Experience using recruitment tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Excel for reporting
- A collaborative approach and a genuine passion for delivering excellent talent outcomes
