On The Ball Personnel, is elated to provide an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager (Electrical), to join our client’s family-owned, fast growing, service business, based in the Kalgoorlie area. They specialise in air conditioning, refrigeration, and electrical services across Mining sectors, commercial and residential.

As the Project Manager, you will be required to oversee the day-to-day electrical operations, improve business efficiency, and support the team, as the business continues to scale. This key leadership and hands-on role is for someone with a strong electrical background, who thrives in a fast-paced, service-focused environment and has a passion for leading people and delivering results.

The Role:

Oversee scheduling, job allocation and team coordination, across electrical works

Provide electrical support to the refrigeration side of the business where required

Lead, quote and estimate on mid-sized to larger electrical projects

Manage project delivery, procurement, and provide technical support during execution

Drive workflow efficiency through systems, team communication, and scheduling

Identify and resolve bottlenecks in service delivery

Supervise, mentor, and develop apprentices and field technicians

Assist in KPI tracking and support performance reviews

Work closely with the Director to implement improvements across operations

What you'll need to succeed:

Proven experience in operations, team leadership, and scheduling, in an electrical or technical services environment

WA Electrical License (mandatory)

Cert IV Instrumentation and HV Switching tickets (highly regarded)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

A proactive mindset and leadership style that promotes accountability and teamwork

Experience with SimPRO or similar service management platforms
