Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate, assess, and negotiate changes to contracts, programs, and project services.

· Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide assistance related to contracts and services.

· Handle administrative tasks and documentation for contracts, programs, and projects.

· Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, and other stakeholders to meet objectives.

· Advise senior leadership on critical matters and execute their decisions effectively.

· Monitor contractors’ work and report any deviations from project requirements.

· Draft and evaluate reports and proposals outlining organizational activities and initiatives.

· Gather, interpret, and report project-related data to assess outcomes and achievements.

· Manage and organize office accommodations as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

· A minimum of an AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (or equivalent qualification).

· Strong skills in contract preparation, interpretation, and management.

· Analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in data analysis and reporting.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders.

· High attention to detail and the ability to oversee contractor compliance and performance.
