The Role

As a Contract Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the management and administration of contracts, particularly in the fitout space, throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with a Project Manager and external stakeholders, you will ensure that contracts are efficiently negotiated, executed, and managed. Project types include commercial and residential.

To Be Considered

To be considered for this unique opportunity, we are looking for;

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in Commercial or Residential construction for a minimum of 2 years

• Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Experience in Commercial Fitouts is preferred but not essential
• Proven ability to utilise cost management softwares such as Cheops, Jobpac, Procore or similar
