With a strong pipeline of confirmed work across the next several years, they’re now on the lookout for a capable and career-driven Junior Contract Administrator to join their growing team.

This builder specialises in high-quality commercial and multi-residential projects, including:

Education builds

Aged care facilities

Social and community housing

Multi-residential/apartment developments

About the Role

You’ll support the delivery of diverse commercial projects, working closely with experienced Project Managers. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s either already working as a CA or ready to step up from a Project Coordinator or Site Admin role.

Key responsibilities:

Preparing and managing subcontracts, procurement schedules, and cost tracking

Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultants

Managing variations, RFIs, and progress claims

Contributing to successful project delivery from early works through to completion

Working within systems like Procore and HammerTech (bonus but not essential)

About You

Previous experience in commercial construction (ideally in both commercial and multi-residential)

Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management

Bonus if you have experience with Procore and/or HammerTech

Eager to grow into a well-rounded Contract Administrator – training and mentorship provided

Must have full Australian working rights
