This is a fantastic opportunity for a Junior Contracts Administrator to step into a hands-on support role, working closely with and learning from a highly experienced Senior CA.

What You’ll Do:

Assist with the procurement of materials, verifying supplier quotes to ensure cost-effective purchasing aligned with project budgets.

Support subcontractor engagement, including scope reviews, documentation, and contract setup.

Respond to on-site requests and assist in coordinating compliance documentation and onboarding processes.

Help track variations, gather trade variation details, and support the preparation of head contract submissions.

Perform data entry, document control, and general administrative tasks to support the project team and assist with day-to-day office and site operations.

Skills & Experience:

1–2 years’ experience in a Contracts Administrator or Project Administrator role, ideally within commercial construction or fit-out, with exposure to procurement, subcontractor coordination, or variation tracking.

Basic understanding of estimating, take-offs, and interpreting construction documentation.

Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate documentation, manage onboarding, and respond to on-site requests efficiently.

Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, balancing admin and compliance responsibilities.

Experience with platforms such as Hammertech, BuildPass, Payapps, and Xero is advantageous but not required. Familiarity with any of these systems will be highly regarded
