Our Melbourne branch is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hands-on team member to grow our local presence and support our valued customers.

What You’ll Do

This is a diverse role covering sales, customer support, logistics, and warehouse operations. You’ll be the friendly face and capable hands helping expand our VIC operations:

Greet and assist customers with sauna, heater, and timber product enquiries

Handle phone, showroom, and email sales (mostly inbound)

Perform stock counts, organise containers, and dispatch customer orders

Coordinate local pickups and deliveries (and assist with deliveries if needed)

Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and operating smoothly

Support showroom setup and construction activities as needed

Maintain accurate records in CRM and stock systems

What You’ll Bring

Great people skills – you’re friendly, reliable, and a great communicator

Driver’s license & forklift ticket – essential for the role

Warehouse and/or logistics experience – you know how to move and manage stock

Sales or customer service experience – ideally in retail, building, or wellness sectors

Bonus: Knowledge of timber, saunas, or light construction

You must be organised, resourceful, and ready to work autonomously while our VIC operations ramp up.
