About the Role
An opportunity currently exists for an experienced Sales Manager to, with a mix of empathy and accountability, lead their established National Sales team through this evolution - encouraging new ways of working and providing guidance / motivation, whilst maintaining positive morale during a period of significant organisational change.
You'll also work closely alongside their AUS MD and key distributors to strategically drive sales growth, margin delivery and market expansion across the region.
A detailed PD will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
About You
To be considered for this role, you'll bring:
Minimum 3+ years experience managing a State-based or National in-field sales team (of 2-10) - with success achieving product-based sales, margin and market expansion targets primarily via distributor and channel partners.
Experience having successfully managed a sales team through organisational change is advantageous.
Most importantly, you're a team player with a positive, can-do, cross-departmental collaboration mindset - who's trustworthy and empathetic (i.e. not overly aggressive) in your leadership approach but equally firm and accountability-focused.
