About the Role:

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 200 properties (based on experience)
• Liaise with landlords and tenants – purely relationship management
• No trust accounting, no arrears follow-up, and no routine inspections
• Leasing, admin, and compliance managed by support staff
• Full access to modern systems and structured processes

What You’ll Need:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in Property Management
• Certificate of Registration (ESSENTIAL)
• Strong communication and client service skills
• A solutions-focused and team-oriented attitude
