Our practice is home to 10 highly skilled specialists, 1 experienced dietitian, and 1 expert upper GI surgeon, all working together to deliver top-notch care.

Your Role and Responsibilities
As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring their experience with us is smooth, welcoming, and professional. Your key tasks will include:
Greeting and assisting patients, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
Answering inquiries in person or over the phone and directing them appropriately
Optimizing patient satisfaction and specialist efficiency by managing appointment schedules
Supporting specialists with administrative tasks, including obtaining pathology/radiology results
Maintaining a calm and welcoming reception area, anticipating and addressing patient needs
Ensuring patient accounts are accurate and up-to-date with personal and financial details
Responding to emergencies and providing comfort to patients in distress
Upholding strict confidentiality for all medical, personal, and financial information
Adhering to practice policies and procedures while suggesting improvements where needed
