We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-respected and fast-growing real estate agency based in Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to join their dynamic and supportive team.

Role Responsibilities
You’ll manage a tidy portfolio of approx. 200 properties, supported by an admin and leasing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating repairs, maintenance, rent reviews, and lease renewals
• Managing arrears and preparing insurance claims
• Conducting routine, ingoing, and outgoing inspections
• Preparing for and attending tribunal (NCAT) hearings
• Using Property Tree and Maintenance Manager (preferred but not essential)

What We’re Looking For

• At least 3 years of residential property management experience
• A current Class 2 Real Estate Licence
• Solid understanding of NSW tenancy legislation
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
• Excellent communication, time management and problem-solving skills
• Well-presented, self-motivated, and highly professional
