Posted 1 day ago
At THERAPY™ (formerly known as Insight Mental Health & Dual Disability), our mission is to positively impact the lives of individuals with disabilities every day. We are a passionate and growing organisation that values innovation, integrity, and human connection. Our team is driven by a "can do" attitude and a shared commitment to growth, change, and meaningful support for both our clients and staff.
THERAPY™ delivers high-quality NDIS services, including Support Coordination and Support Work, across the community. We pride ourselves on cultivating a supportive, values-led environment for our team—particularly our frontline support workers—whose wellbeing and professional development are at the heart of our success.
We are also preparing to launch a new purpose-built wellness destination in Eltham, combining neuroscience, trauma-informed therapy, and holistic wellness—including a dedicated wellness café. This exciting expansion broadens our vision to support people in all aspects of their wellbeing.
We are now seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the people and culture functions across both arms of the business: our NDIS services and the new wellness centre. This role is central to our continued growth and impact, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and wellbeing initiatives for support workers and wellness centre staff alike.
