Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) has a long history of hiring engaged and productive staff. We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to continue this tradition during a period of leave cover (up to 12 months).

Reporting to the CEO, the role leads the People and Culture team to ensure optimal implementation of human resources functions across the organisation. The position also oversees the Volunteers coordination function.

Strong technical expertise, combined with excellent communication and time management skills, as well the ability to exercise discretion and sound judgement, are necessary to carry out the role effectively and efficiently.

Rochester and Elmore District Health Service (REDHS) is situated in Rochester which is the gateway to the mighty Murray River region and close to the regional centres of Echuca, Bendigo and Shepparton.

We are an integrated rural health service, providing a broad range of acute, residential aged care, preventative and primary health programs to a population of approximately 8,600 people in the Campaspe and Bendigo Shires.

We enjoy a strong relationship with our community and we are focused on delivering services that meet their needs.

Following the flood in October 2022, we commenced an extensive rebuild of our facility which was completed in January 2025.
