The Role
This role is at the heart of strategic decision-making across the Asset portfolio, driving impact through high quality data analysis, insights and reporting. You'll play a critical role in bringing clarity and alignment to portfolio performance - spotlighting risks, uncovering opportunities and tracking portfolio performance. By delivering timely, accurate and actionable insights, you'll empower leaders to optimise performance and make confident, data-informed decisions.

Your key responsibilities
- Support, maintain and enhance reporting frameworks, dashboards and scorecards that provide visibility into project, program and portfolio performance.
- Analyse delivery performance metrics and trends to identify issues, opportunities and recommend areas for improvement.
- Provide portfolio-level insights to executive and senior stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support Program Managers in benefits tracking and realisation reporting by linking delivery metrics with outcomes and business value.
- Support the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of portfolio-related data across systems and platforms.
- Support the governance of data standards, definitions, and processes across the PMO environment.
- Leverage business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, PPM tool) to support automation of reporting processes and improve accessibility of insights.
- Drive innovation in analytics approaches to improve foresight, scenario modelling, and predictive insights.
What we're looking for
- Experience in data analysis within project, portfolio or enterprise performance settings
- Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and the broader Microsoft Suite
- Familiarity with PPM tools; experience with Apollo financial systems is a strong advantage
- A track record of turning complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multitask and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments
- A solid understanding of risk, financial management, and the interplay between process, technology and data in driving business performance
- A strategic, detail-oriented mindset, focused on continuous improvement and maintaining high standards of data integrity
