About the role

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced RTO Manager to join the team in Dockside, Kangaroo Point, Queensland. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of the organisation's Registered Training Organisation (RTO), ensuring high-quality vocational education and training programs are delivered to students.

What you'll be doing

Developing and implementing the RTO's strategic plan to achieve its objectives and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Managing the RTO's training and assessment activities, including curriculum development, timetabling, and the recruitment and supervision of trainers and assessors

Ensuring the RTO's policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes are adhered to

Overseeing the RTO's financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation

Representing the RTO externally and fostering collaborative partnerships with industry, community, and other stakeholders

Continuously improving the RTO's operations and services to meet the evolving needs of students and industry

What we're looking for

Relevant tertiary qualifications in education, training, or a related field

Experience in managing a Registered Training Organisation, preferably in the vocational education and training (VET) sector

Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, training and assessment, and quality assurance processes

Strong financial management skills and the ability to oversee budgets and resource allocation

Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

A commitment to continuous improvement and a passion for delivering high-quality vocational education and training
