Territory Manager – Workwear | Northern Victoria

What's it all about?

You’ll be inheriting a mature territory with excellent market saturation and 55 active accounts. The brand is booming, the region is primed, and we’re looking for a proper operator to own it.

This is a true on-road role covering Northern and North-Western Victoria. Shepparton, Bendigo, Ballarat, Wodonga, Echuca and surrounds. You’ll be visiting stores, strengthening relationships, driving in-store sell-through, and making sure the brand is top of mind and front of shelf.

Behind you is one of the strongest brands in the country, backed by a global parent company turning over more than half a billion dollars a year. It’s already crushing it in the Aussie market, and a full new line of workboots is about to drop in 2026 that’ll blow the doors off. Everything is in place. You just need to take the wheel.

We’re not looking for retail staff or junior B2B reps. This needs someone who knows how to run a territory properly and actually enjoys the road. You’ll be left to get it done without someone breathing down your neck, and backed by a business that knows how to move product.

You’ll need:

At least 5 years of proper on-road, outside sales experience — territory, rep or trade

Ideally, you’ve sold workwear, but if you’ve nailed this geography in Hardware or Tools, PPE, Uniforms or Safety Gear, we should still talk

You live in-region. This isn’t one for Melbourne commuters (maybe outer north-western suburbs just scrape in)

A mindset built around ownership, pride and performance

What’s on offer:

Total package of $135k to $150k

Base salary circa $90–95k plus an achievable bonus structure of $25–30k annually

A significant car allowance, fuel card, phone and laptop
