About the role
This Territory Sales Manager role will require a self motivated, goal orientated individual to manage all sales and customers in the Victoria and parts of NSW. This role could be carried out from a number of regional locations.
This is an dynamic and autonomous position, consisting of, but not limited to,
Answering incoming calls, following up leads.
Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.
Building and maintaining relationships with other machinery dealerships.
Visiting existing and potential customers and cold calling potential clients.
Prospect, handle and execute sales from first contact to close.
Attend trade shows, participate in demonstration days, operate machines
Carrying out deliveries and handovers.
Work in a team environment towards a common goal.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with in a vibrant, enthusiastic team, providing our customers with an industry leading range of vegetation management attachments for skid steer, excavator and tractor, also RC Mowers Autonomous mowing Robots and Remote control Slope mowers and the new Lamtrac dedicated mulcher.
Experience in the machinery industry is an advantage but not a must for the right self motivated candidate. Ongoing training is provided and personal development opportunities are available.

Skills and experience
We are looking for someone with:
Strong work ethic and self motivation
A desire to achieve results
Good communication skills and presentation
An interest in land clearing, vegetation management, AG or Earthmoving equipment
Excellent customer service skills
Sales experience essential
Machinery experience preferred but not essential
Must have current Australia Drivers License
