About The Role

Jetblack is seeking an organised, energetic individual with great problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow as our team expands. This is a great opportunity for anyone excited to apply their skills in an interesting, thriving industry!

This role is based in the Frenchs Forest workshop and involves maintaining and repairing coffee equipment and conducting pre-sale inspections on new equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience with troubleshooting electrical and/or mechanical issues and an interest in the coffee industry.

Key Responsibilities

Prime and test new machines

Machine problem diagnosis

Machine repair, maintenance & enhancements

Updating computer systems in an accurate & timely manner

Maintaining the service area to ensure a safe and clean work environment
