Join Autesso, a premium workplace coffee provider, as our on-call Service Contractor for scheduled maintenance and responsive service support across our network of automatic Franke coffee machines.

This role is ideal for a skilled auto electrician, appliance technician, or mechanically-minded contractor who enjoys practical work, clear communication, and being a reliable problem-solver.

About the Role

Contractor (ABN) basis with flexible work structure

4–5 on-call service requests per week (mostly same-day response required)

1 day/week of scheduled preventative maintenance

We supply all tools, parts, PPE, and training

Our in-house Cleaner & Delivery team supports you with routine cleaning and supply management — so you can focus on the technical servicing

What You’ll Do

Respond to machine faults, issues, or troubleshooting requests across 25+ sites (Sydney metro, occasional day trips to Newcastle/Canberra)

Complete preventative maintenance on a rotating schedule

Communicate clearly with customers and update head office on job status

Maintain a tidy, professional presence on-site

Represent Autesso with integrity, care, and reliability

What We’re Looking For

Strong mechanical and/or electrical aptitude (coffee machine experience not essential)

Backgrounds may include: auto electrical, whitegoods repair, field servicing, catering equipment tech, or general tech trades

Self-starter who thrives with clear expectations and autonomy

Great communicator with a calm, professional presence

Must have NSW Driver’s Licence and be willing to travel (occasional day trips to Canberra/Newcastle)

Physically capable (able to lift ~25kg)
