About the role

Join the creative team at Liter and Penny' as a Graphic Designer. In this full-time position based in Leichhardt, NSW, you will play a pivotal role in developing visually engaging designs that bring the brand to life across a range of digital and print media. The role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively with the wider marketing team and contribute to the company's continued success in the design and retail industry.

What you'll be doing

Conceptualise and produce original graphic design solutions for a variety of marketing and communications projects, including branding, advertising, social media and more

Collaborate with the marketing team to understand requirements and bring creative ideas to life

Maintain brand consistency and visual identity across all design assets

Source and curate imagery, illustrations and other design elements to enhance projects

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques and software to continually enhance your skills

What we're looking for

Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or a related creative field

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within the design and retail industry

Strong proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Excellent typography, layout and composition skills

Ability to translate creative concepts into engaging, on-brand designs

Strong attention to detail and dedication to producing high-quality work

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
